HeavenKey Digital work and the thinking behind it
Explore HeavenKey Digital work through the brief, decisions and output, not just a finished image. This page begins with the agency’s own identity concept for the website rebuild. It is labelled as own-brand work, with no client relationship or campaign result implied.
For your project, the same questions matter: what needed to change, why was this direction chosen, and what evidence can show the outcome?
HeavenKey Digital work: the agency identity
Project type: Own-brand identity concept for the HeavenKey Digital website rebuild.
The brief
Create a clear, trustworthy identity for a founder-led digital marketing agency serving clinics, builders and growing businesses in Hyderabad. The brief called for real typography, generous space and a human tone, without generic robot imagery or decorative AI gradients.
The direction
The selected direction uses Forest & Limestone: deep green, a warm light background and restrained supporting colours. Manrope provides everyday clarity, while Newsreader gives selected headlines an editorial character.
The HK monogram shares a vertical stroke between the letters. The same mark is prepared for the wordmark, standalone icon and small favicon use.
What the concept includes
The work includes two considered colour directions, a selected palette, a font pairing, the HK logo concept, usage guidance and a short voice guide. The files show how the identity can remain consistent across different sizes and backgrounds.
What it does not claim
This is an identity concept, not a client campaign case study. No enquiry uplift, revenue result or search improvement is attributed to it. Website and business outcomes must be assessed separately, using dated evidence after launch.

How we document marketing work
Start with the problem
State the business need and the available starting evidence. A useful case explains the actual situation rather than inventing an impressive baseline.
Explain the approach
Describe the work, the decisions behind it and the responsibilities on both sides. Creative output and campaign activity should be connected to the original brief.
Show results with context
A result needs a definition, reporting period and source. If numerical outcomes cannot be shared, the case should say so and show the work that can be substantiated.
Relevant proof, clearly labelled
Client names, logos and testimonials appear only with approval. A concept stays labelled as a concept. A lead count is not presented as a sales total, and a design decision is not credited with a business outcome that has not been measured.
If you want to understand how HeavenKey would approach your situation, start with the service scope and a conversation with Mahesh Kumar.
Bring a problem worth solving
Tell us what the business needs to communicate or improve. We can discuss the work, the inputs it needs and what useful evidence would look like.

Is the HeavenKey Digital work shown here a client project?
The identity example on this page is HeavenKey’s own-brand concept for its website rebuild. It is not presented as a third-party client engagement or a campaign result. The example demonstrates the brief, design direction and prepared assets, while any future client case needs its own accurate scope, evidence and permission.
Can I see results from a business like mine?
Tell Mahesh which service and business context you want to assess. Relevant client material can only be shared when it exists and publication or sharing permission allows it. If a suitable result is not available, the discussion should explain the proposed approach without inventing a similar client or promising an equivalent outcome.
How are campaign results presented?
A useful case identifies the metric, starting point, reporting period and data source, then explains what the work contributed and what remains uncertain. Enquiries, appointments, site visits and sales are different measures. The case should keep them separate rather than use a large activity number as proof of a commercial outcome.
Can a concept demonstrate the quality of the work?
A clearly labelled concept can show design judgment, structure and the reasoning behind an approach. It cannot demonstrate that a real client achieved a particular result. That distinction matters when reviewing a portfolio: assess the output for what it shows and ask separately for evidence of commercial performance where relevant.
How do we start a project with HeavenKey?
Start by explaining the business, the audience and the problem you want the work to address. Useful existing material and reporting can provide context, but a polished brief is not required. The next discussion should establish fit, responsibilities and a proposed scope before either side assumes a particular deliverable or result.
